  1. How much do the monthly subscriptions cost?

    If you sign up for a month-to-month subscription, your monthly subscription will cost $28. Signing up for a subscription with a commitment will reduce the cost of your monthly subscriptions. With a six month commitment, each subscription will cost $26. With a twelve month commitment, each subscription will cost $24. Each type of subscription (month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month) is ongoing, so you will continue to receive a monthly subscription until you contact us to cancel.

  2. Can I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel a subscription, you must start a conversation with us. To allow adequate time for us to process subscription orders, we ask that you please do not cancel between the 2nd and the 8th of the month. If you must cancel during this time, please see below for further details regarding cancellation fees. 

    If you have a month-to-month subscription and you request to cancel between the 2nd through the 8th of the month, there will be a $15 cancellation fee. After your subscription order has been charged on the 8th, you may then get in touch with us to cancel your subscription. For subscriptions with a six month or twelve month commitment, you will be charged 50% of your remaining commitment at the time of cancellation. Six month and twelve month subscriptions will not incur an additional $15 cancellation fee if they are cancelled after the 2nd of the month.   3. When will my credit/debit card be billed for my subscription?

    You credit/debit card will be billed on the 8th each month.

  4. When will my subscription be shipped?

    TK Tee subscriptions begin shipping on the 18th of each month. If the 18th falls on a weekend or holiday, your tee will be shipped the next business day. You will also receive an email notification upon shipment each month.

  5. How will my subscription be shipped?

    Though we use a variety of shipping methods, our two primary methods of shipping are United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping method used for each order will be determined by several factors including the weight/size of your package, the type of package, and the shipping destination. Please see our shipping page for further clarification.

  6. What happens if an item is missing from my order?

    Please start a conversation with our Customer Experience team by logging into your account, clicking your username in the top right corner and selecting “My Conversations”. From this page, you can start a new conversation with us as well as view previous conversations.

  7. What is the return policy?

    Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders & subscriptions. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.

    A one-time size exchange is offered for TK Tee Subscriptions. To exchange your tee, you may contact Customer Service here, and a return label will be sent to you. Once we receive your return, the size you wish to receive will be shipped to you, free of charge. All subsequent exchanges will incur a $10.00 processing fee.

  8. How can I change the size of my TK Tee Subscription?

    You may update your size preferences for your subscription through logging into your account, hovering over the "my subscription" button in the top navigation and selecting “My Tee Subscription”. Please note that any changes must be made before the 8th of the month to receive the updated size for that month.

  9. Can I edit the products once I download them?

    No. All of our products are copyrighted and cannot be altered.

  10. Can I submit my party pictures to be features on The TomKat Studio blog?

    Of course you can! However, we cannot feature each and every party that is submitted to us. Please email us 4-5 party pictures, details of your event, and any DIY details to [email protected] Also, let us know if your party has been featured on any other blogs or websites. If we decide that we are going to feature your party, we will notify you.

  11. Can I get both TK Tee Shirt designs instead of choosing just one?

    Sure! You can upgrade your subscription to receive both designs on your “My Tee Subscription” page for an additional $19.00 a month + your base subscription. You can upgrade or cancel your upgrade whenever you’d like, however, please note that any changes made on your “My Tee Subscription” page after the 7th of the month will apply to the following month’s subscription. You can cancel your upgrade without any penalty.

  12. What does month-to-month commitment mean?

    Month-to-month commitment means that you are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription. This is a good option for people who might want to try out the kits before agreeing to a longer commitment.
