I never received my order. What now?
If your package did not arrive or you received incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service Team here. Please note that the waiting period for shipments varies by destination. Domestic packages are deemed “lost” 30 days after shipment. Packages shipped to Canada and internationally may be declared “lost” 45 days after the shipment date. For packages shipped to Singapore and Malaysia, there is a 60 day waiting period, and a 120 day waiting period for shipments to Brazil.
What is Rush Order and how does it impact the speed of my delivery?
Rush Order solely effects the processing and fulfillment of your order. Orders placed before noon EST on any business day Monday thru Friday with the Rush Order option selected will be processed for fulfillment that day. Any orders placed after noon EST on any business day Monday thru Friday with the Rush Order option selected will be processed for fulfillment the following business day. Please note that rush shipping does not change or speed up your estimated shipping delivery and if you wish to opt in for a quicker delivery option as well, you must select the shipping method you prefer. Faster shipping methods (Upgraded and Expedited) are available in addition to the typical Economy shipping method.

How much is shipping?
For all domestic orders, the subscriptions will ship for free. A $3 processing fee will be charged for each subscription order shipping outside of the United States. Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. Shop items will not be bundled with subscription orders.
Can I edit the products once I download them?
No. All of our products are copyrighted and cannot be altered.
What is the best type of paper to use for your products?
We recommend using heavy weight matte photo paper or bright white card stock.
What type of printer do you use?
We recommend using photo inkjet printers when printing at home. Kim uses a Canon Pixma Pro 9000.
How do I update my credit card?
You can update your information through your account. Just click on “update” under your payment method.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.
How will my credit card charge show on my banking statement?
Charges on your credit card statement will appear as "TomKat Studio DBA Inked Brands Inc." Inked Brands Inc is the merchant of record on all transactions completed on shop.tomkatstudio.com.
